How To Be Vegan 101 #2 : Drink Enough Water!
Do you want to feel your best on a vegan diet?
Do you want to be the strongest version of yourself ?
Why water?
So you have to drink enough water, NOT Coffee, Juices or other liquids but WATER.
your body is around 60% of water. If your'e an active person you have to always replenish the water that you've lost during exercise.
I remember when i started cycling i had one day where i wasn't drinking enough water and i never felt worse in my life.
My performance on the bike just suddenly dropped by around 50%. All i was thinking about is water the next couple of days.
I'll never do the same mistake again, Water is essential to have a successful healthy life.
Some symptoms of dehydration include:
Feeling dizzy and lightheaded • producing less urine and darker urine • anger, impatience • tiredness • flushed face • irritability • anxiety • depression • snoring • insomnia • short attention spans • cravings for coffee, tea, and alcohol (all diuretics).
How to avoid dehydration ?
The best way is listen to your body, Do you feel thirsty ?
Then drink water.
Do you exercise?
Then drink water.
Do you play video games the whole day ?
Then drink water.
Sometimes it's not enough to just listen to your body because you can drink a sugary drink or some coffee and feel hydrated. But it's not true the only way to hydrate yourself is with Water.
Again not alcohol,coffee,juices but WATER!
Anyways guys i hope you understand that you need enough water but perform at your best.
Doesn't matter what diet you follow you have to drink enough water.
But in my opinion on a whole food plant based diet the body just uses water more efficiently.
That's just my experience and opinion.
