Hi, thanks for the interesting post.
I've taken vitamins for years, but recently become more skeptical. As your images suggest I think a better way forward is to focus on organic, raw fruits and vegetables, with a couple of exceptions.
Vitamin D if you live in the northern hemisphere and lack sunshine in the winter months.
Omega 3 supplements if your diet lacks oily fish.
Liposomal vitamin C (not the high street acetic acid variety) if you are sick.
There are a few other supplements and minerals that certain individuals might need depending on their individual circumstance.
One thing you can't do is take vitamins and then get away with eating unhealthy foods. The thing that vitamins really lack are the enzymes and living organisms that are available in living foods.
