The kidneys do alot of cleansing and ridding the body of toxins as long as you take in more water because the main toxin in the body is blood urea nitrogen, a water-soluble waste that is able to pass through the kidneys to be excreted in the urine. A clear proof of the benefit of water is the observation of light cloured and odour free urine when we drink much water and color, odour, concentration increase when we take in less water because the kidneys trap extra fluid for bodily functions.

    Like I said earlier, about 60 percent of the body is made of water. Taking in enough water helps maintain the body’s fluid balance, which helps transport nutrients in the body and regulate body temperature.

    There are some certain toxins in the body that can cause the skin to inflame, which in turn results in clogged pores and acne. So, water does flush out these toxins is sweat and makes the skin fresh. Also, can reduce the risk of pimples.

    Water intake helps much in digestion process thereby making digestion fast and weight loss a reality so anyone looking to lose weight could be helped by upping their water intake. water. Excess water helps us eat less by making us feel full, and also boosts metabolism.
