cold vs hot water
Hot and cold both type of water are significially needed by body and both has diffrent medical point of view.
On the other hand, drinking the warm water increases blood circulation along with protecting internal organs from damage.
Thats why most health professionals recommend drinking warm water for optimal health. However, on a hot day, you can drink cold water as it cools your body temperature quickly.Hot water also has the tendency to dry out our skin, so it's best to use cold water to tighten your pores, which will prevent them from getting clogged. Cold water can “seal” the pores in the skin
I reckon much depends on circumstances. Cold water can hydrate you more, because it cools your temperature down, thus reducing vapour. But I would not recommend it in hot weather, coooling down too fast is bad for the health. The body will fight the almost immediate change and create its own heat, so in the end, it may not work as expected.
Though i never knew this... but i have been bathing with warm water only for the past 15 years!.. i don't know why but i just realised that i felt better after every warm bath. And then whenever i use cold water, i feel like my lungs are freezing. No matter how hot the weather is!
