Can you have things that are musciledge items in a healthy way?

I had a very popular post that became quite the "thing" on facebook about a week ago.

I'll repost it here:

We CANNOT DIGEST GELS or GEL-LIKE SUBSTANCES:

Legume/seed/nut butters = NO GO
SOFT TOFU = NO
DAIRY / YOGURT = NO
MASHED POTATOES = NO
CREAMED ANYTHING = NO
SLURRIED ANYTHING = NO
EDIT: HUMMUS'D ITEMS = NO
Muscilage herbs (Marshmallow, psyllium, slippery elm, etc) = NO

stop stop stop stop stop stop stop stop

CREAMED AVOCADO INTO SLIME = NO
PULVERIZED MANGO INTO A SAUCE = NO

I will say this: the lesser of all these evils is fruit smoothies, and fruit sauces that are raw.

Those will clean you but you will not digest them well overall.

But if you must, use them.

The rest, forget it.

Any pulverizing/ creaming/ gelling, say nay.

Edit: due to popularity of this post, I'll add this for clarity, this is not a scientific study, I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice. For those a bit shy of awareness and realization, there ya go. Maybe dont put on a statement what it isnt, nor ever was claimed to be! And contrary to some people's brainwashed minds, people can share opinions of observation. If it doesn't fit your standards, dismiss it. Simple lol. Since when does sharing life experience mean i'm a doctor, certified by the system health expert, or some god that "makes" you do something? Wow. I mean, I would love to be the person you want me to be,but i'm not thanks"

So! What did I find out?!

I found out that, by having GROUND psyllium, and it must be grown in an organic way, as the pesticides are commonly allergenic on psyllium, and having GROUND chia seeds, creates a possibly more digestible way for them to pass through our systems without harm.

I am currently testing this now, as I made a very special raw cacao drink this morning.

It definitely gave a HUGE surge of energy; definitely seems to be ketogenic, as i'm getting a continuous feeling of the same effect as I usually have from dry fasting thru-out this window of time in the morning; going on 17 hours now since last meal, other than this liquid, which seems to be fasting-mimicking!

Okay. We shall see how it performs over:

  1. the long haul / regular use
  2. the day / full digestive cycle

and

  1. with breaks / independent applications of this method in varying circumstances.

As always, I test test test test, observe, observe, observe, observe!
