NEED TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE AGAIN challenge JULY 15,2017 , BEEN SO MUCH STAGNANT NOWADAY, Accumulating bad cholesterol in the body... so i made this Challenge to myself :) let's see what will happen in 1 month

10 WIDE PUSH UPS
10 DIAMOND PUSH UPS
