THE IMAGINARY RIGHT SIZE

The view of what beauty is for the female in recent years keeps changing in respect to body sizes. Decades of years ago, extra abdominal fat was the definition of Good health but yeah, times did change and we moved in for the Flat Ads Trendy

Too many opinions of the right size has aroused and most especially about the female body, society advertises big breasts, wide hips, and a narrow waist. This is the look that is considered attractive today and the one that many women strive for though this look differs, as others think attractive or sexy is all skinny, as in the everyday modeling adverts.
Its quite interesting to know that skinny girls have body shame too, because in a society where curvy is more appreciated we get comments like all bone and no meat (as the scene in the movie PHAT GIRLS) and on the other hand the curvy, chubby get the regular too thick, too big.

The yardstick for Attractive in one sense differs from one country to the other, and from one environment to the other as well as from one sight to the other. As such should a size 12 who is migrating from a country where that size is the definition of perfect to a country where a size 6 and 8 are the attractive then subject to measures of fitting into the new environment's definition of beautiful? In other to avoid the too many body shaming questions?

As much as the society has conditioned us to have certain perceptions and we grow up thinking that we should have a particular size.
I feel body size should be emphasized based on health considering the:
Mass Index (BMI) = masskg/heightm^2
Waist-to-hip Ratio (WHR) = Circumference of Waist/Circumference of Hips
Waist-to-chest Ratio (WCR)= Circumference of Waist/Circumference of Chest etc

As being underweight predisposes us to different health issues as well as being overweight.
I'm of the opinion that Its alright to hit the gym and take appetite suppressant or in the other case appetite enhancer to be whatever size you want, but basically for its health benefits not to fit the imaginary right size. Our unique physical appearance should not be based on an air brushed of perfect
