This is a great post. I have been on a similar path and I love hearing about others and what they are doing to maximize their mind and body in order to live the best life possible. For me, I have found that quality food and water, consistent sleep, meditation, and great movement are the keys. Around that I am trying to add fun little things that help and I am going to spend more time sun gazing and walking bare foot on the Earth. Thank you!
