Please clarify something for me. All the fruits you have here has very high sugar intake. Isn't that a bad thing for our skin, of course besides other negatives for our general health? Don't get me wrong, i am asking because i have no knowledge.

Also, i want to know your take about juices. Are you a juicer or do you find them unhealthy? My wife forced me to buy one and we are trying to find healhty mixes. Can you recommend some?
