-80% of the body is made of water
-Nature contains the biggest & most powerful animals, for instance herbivores. Herbivores live longer than carnivores, because, herbivores feed more on water-rich foods.
-Water-Rich foods provides the body with abundance of water, life-giving, cleansing substance.
Thus, it is noteworthy to maintain our body with diets that contain 70-80% of food rich in water content.
The primary water-rich foods are: Fruits, Vegetables and Sprouts.

-The Principal reason for taking fruits on empty stomach is that, it is not digested in the stomach but in the small intestine where it releases its sugar.
-Freshly squeezed juice is better than taking juice from can or glass container. Juice in the containers has been subjected to heat and its structure has become acidic.
