Do you know if subjecting water to a phase conjugated magnetic field would lower deuterium levels? I am asking in reference to Dan Winter's devices.
It would certainly be interesting to test and see. I've been wondering about the effect of vortical action on deuterium levels, like the action of streams a la Schauberger. But the higher altitude the water the lower the deuterium count, it's higher at sea level, at least according to what I've read. There's a couple puzzles with all this rolling around in the back of my mind. Loojing at a few trails & will report anything useful
