Yoga can be very good for you and your body if you do it the right way! I'm sure that many people try it and don't like it, just because they're probably doing it wrong.. I'm sure that this position is very helpful if you're stressed out and I'll definitely try it when I have one of my longer work days! Thanks for sharing :)
