Today I would like to share with you some Soft drinks problems and its harmful effects on our bodies. Most of us recognize the fact that carbonated soft drinks are not a healthy food. However, you may not be fully aware of the harmful effects of Soft drinks and the damage it causes to our body. And if you do not drink properly, you may be putting unwanted diseases into your body. Even people who drink sugar-free soft drinks (diet drinks) can not avoid it. Both types of soft drinks are detrimental to your health, see below.

Trước mình cũng xem video nói về tác hại của việc uống nước ngọt, đúng thật có nhiều tác hại thật, nhưng nó cũng có 1 số tác dụng nho nhỏ như làm giảm nhiệt cho những ngày hè nắng nóng đó hì. Cảm ơn bài viết của bạn, nó rất hữu ích

Mình đọc ở đâu đó họ bảo hầu như nước ngọt không có tác dụng đối với cơ thể, nó không chứa 1 chút calo nào :v không biết đúng không, nhưng mà cũng không phủ nhận được khi mà mùa hè 35 36 độ có non nước bên cạnh :)) thế là mãn nguyện rồi haha
