Yoga for a Healthy Lifestyle (Part 2 of 3)
Yoga is not a fad as some may look at it but a way of life. Once you start doing yoga, you would feel that you need to do it on a daily basis. From what I understand, the art of yoga would have various disciplines which I wanted to learn eventually and the yoga poses may vary from beginners, to intermediate, then advance, and expert levels.
Below are some more additional poses that I have completed -
This is the “Separate Leg Head to Knee Pose”.
This one is the “Warrior III Pose or the Balancing Stick Pose”.
This is me just getting a breather. Hehe.
This one is the “Tree Pose”.
Next is the “Reverse Bend Knee Pose”.
This is the “One Leg Down Dog Pose”.
And here is my personal favorite...the “Warrior I Pose”.
As I perform these poses, I observed that there seems to be a seamless transition from
one movement to another in order to achieve balance and to be able to execute the yoga pose effectively.
As a beginner, it is not important to be able to perfect the pose on the first try, but through constant practice and daily routines I was able to achieved my yoga goals.
