The importance of a good nutrition for future

Some people is not conscious about the importance of nutrition in our life.

When talking about countries like the United States of America where the poverty rate is one of the smallest of the world and looking Mozambique where the poverty is really high we will find some interesting things about eating habits.

If we take the United States and Mozambique as two countries to talk about, we will find that the United States is a world power with a very low index of poverty. On the other hand we will have a very poor country in which most of the people do not have the ability to meet their basic needs. But focusing on the issue of nutrition, we would all think that people residing in the United States would have a nutrition to the touch of perfection while in Mozambique.

False, having the economic capacity to buy maybe anything in terms of food refers does not mean that we are going to do everything necessary to be healthy nutritionally speaking.

In fact, if the people in Zimbabwe will be fed in the same way as they do but with a little more capital to complete what is necessary (quantitatively speaking) for the human body, we would have as a result that the Africans would have a better nutrition that the Americans.

We need a change in the mentality in terms of nutrition, but fast, older people, with obesity, with illnesses need to eat well to obtain healthy bodies and organisms that help them to fight their respective difficulties, it is not only a nutritional issue, it is a theme that extends towards the health of each one, remember, in us it is beginning to change our eating habits, it is not only a topic on how to eat, but how you will live in a few years
