Wheat is Only ONE Agglutinator Most People Should Avoid
The lectins in wheat are what is removed for "Gluten Free" foods. Lectins are present in all foods, yet not all people experience agglutination from all types of lectins.
The differences in people and the various lectins in foods account the differences in people's reactions to different diets. What works for you may not work for your wife or some of your kids. What works for your wife may not work for you. It all comes down to food choices.
A Person Who Is Sick
is not someone who has enough resources to stand up and say no. They're usually too busy trying to live through their issues. It pays to know more about your food supply, it governs your life.
You Spend One Third of Your Life Sleeping
One third of your life working and the other third is divided up between eating and personal time. If your food choices are so incorrect, they're affecting your job (focus, energy, health) and sleep... where is your life?
Life's Too Short to Spend It
attempting to digest food your body doesn't process well. Search "Blood Type Food List" and listen to those who have successfully applied that list, using their parent's blood type and paying attention to body pH.
Or you can read about people who say it doesn't work. A good number of them don't even know white bread is made with wheat in North America. "Would you like white or wheat toast?"
"Oh, I'll have white, I'm not supposed to eat wheat."

This subject is enormous, far too much for one post. I considered briefly addressing the glyphosate issue among others, but I made a glyphosate post last week, and antinutrients need a whole post, at least.
