Are Tissues a Main Staple on Your Shopping Lists?

You don't suffer from allergies, yet your nose is a constant generator of mucus. Step outside in the cold and your nose starts running like a faucet. All day long you seem to have more mucus in the nose and throat than anyone around you. A lot of us even develop breathing issues, where you can hear us breathe nearly 24/7.

We use tissue every day.

What Causes This and What Can We Do to Slow it Down?

There are a few major causes and a bunch of minor ones. All of the causes (besides allergies) come down to the foods we eat and our ability to process them. Ever watch a happy baby signal they're hungry and then watch them as they suck down a bottle of cow's milk? Unless they're a B blood type, you also witnessed the baby become distressed, cranky and snot begin leaking from their nose. I've watched this happen over and over and over and yet, before I became aware of the source, I never gave it a second thought. It's just how babies are, right?

The incompatibility of certain foods for certain blood types is the cause for a significant amount of nose blowing and breathing issues. Milk is a big one, as mention above, for all but the B blood types. Potatoes, cheeses and a number of other foods account for another part of it. The largest contributor (depending on food choices) are the artificial ingredients added to a significant number of foods these days. Additives, preservatives and fillers which the body doesn't know what to do with.

Reduce Your Mucus by Reducing Your Avoid Foods Intake

Selecting the correct foods to eat and reducing/eliminating non-food additives will virtually eliminate the need for tissues. This will also drastically reduce breathing issues. Neutral and beneficial foods will provide more energy, greater mental capacity and additional health benefits.

Choosing Foods by Blood Type?

Seriously? Yes indeed. Choosing your foods by your blood type is a very powerful way to get your body healthy and keep it healthy. Each blood type has a number of foods they're compatible with and many they're not. It is no coincidence every young and very unhealthy person I've met has turned out to be the AB blood type, they have the shortest list of beneficial foods of all blood types.

But, Lots of People Say the Blood Type Diet Doesn't Work!

Yep, they do. When you break down their 'test' of this way of choosing foods, you'll notice they don't mention anything about the pH of their body or how they adjusted their choices according to their parents blood type as well. Without these steps, the effectiveness of the diet is significantly reduced or neutralized.

White or Wheat Toast?

There are a significant number of people in the population who will choose white toast, because they're supposed to be avoiding wheat. Yes, they're unaware that white flour is bleached wheat flour. facepalm Another significant portion of the population don't read past the main ingredients. They'll use cheaper versions of a product, not realizing all of the additives are are complete avoids for all blood types.

Want a Clean Nose and "That Magic Metabolism?"

Seriously take a look at choosing your foods by your blood type and you'll virtually eliminate tissues from your shopping list. As an added bonus, you'll gain or lose weight until you reach a healthy and trim weight for your age/height.

I've Followed the D'Adamo Lists for 10+ Years

and the information gets better each year. Take the time to list your foods (and extended ingredients lists) in the search box and find out which ones are neutral and beneficial for you. Keep in mind an acidic body will have issues digesting something which is neutral, if that food is listed as avoid for your parent(s).

Amazing....

Runny, Crusty mucus info pays more than awesome cannabis info. Goes to show more steemians have incorrect diets than steemians looking to grow superior quality cannabis.

Why am I not surprised? lol

What About Thick and Crusty, Causing Bleeding When Picked?

I know, for the A (secretor) blood type, cheddar and other avoid cheeses cause this for me. The more cheddar I eat, the harder and more damaging the mucus in my nose gets. Tear your nose hair out, type of hard and crusty.

You can bet I avoid cheddar. lol
