The US Federal Vaccine Court pays out billions in settlements each year and that it was set up to protect vaccine patent holders from lawsuits.
If you read through the information for this court, you will see there are many types of actions that can be brought. You are very lucky if your injured loved one got a "bad batch". This means you get to go in a "class". You do not have to prove the injury came from that particular shot since so many others in your herd were already injured by it.
If you are one of few injured by a certain dose - there is a whole other path and it is much more difficult to get a settlement and help. Later, if more people get hurt - your case turns into a class. I know people waiting and hoping to break that threshold in some of my auto-immune groups.
Either way - if you get a shot for any reason - take the package insert and take photos of all lot numbers and identifying information so you do not have to search for it later. You are required to prove what shot you got - the person who gave it to you has no such duty until you provide that information. Better to have it and not need it than to be in the ER without it.
There are also people who keep lists of vaccine patents and disease patents to see who holds them. Look up who holds the patent for the Zika virus to decide if that matters.
I moved to Thailand from the states recently. Thailand has 7 childhood vaccines on the list - none are required - few people get them. This is similar to all neighboring countries - Vietnam with 10 on the list - none required etc.
The US has 68 vaccines on the list with many required for various reasons. I wonder what's wrong with the American herd to need such overwhelming "help".
Search "flu deaths" for any year and compare that number to "flu shot deaths" for the same year. The huge disparity in numbers is called "culling the herd" I think.
I am not informed well about the American health system and I am certainly not a fan of the american law system (you read about absurde cases nearly on a daily basis) where everbody sues everybody for everything.
But to your example with Thailand - Do you think Thailand has the better health system or do you think the US do. Life expactations and child mortality rates f.e. are way better in the US - just to mention one indicator.
Yes I also believe that vaccines help. I don't remember whether its a year ago when an outbreak of measles or some vaccine preventable disease was spread in a town in the US. This was because most of the kids in that are were not vaccinated.
I was not really a problem in the US anymore as it was almost eradicated in that country. Unfortunately, one of the children was infected in Disneyland when he/she was in contact to a foreigner who was infected with measles.
Then the disease spread to the entire community. My take away on this is that if you are not currently infected with a disease it does not mean it no longer exist.
Another one of those recent outbreaks occured in the Netherlands a few years ago.
You can see that the main amount of cases stayed within the areas of lower vaccination rates and didn't pass the areas with higher vaccination percentages.
Yeah I am really confused when the hate against vaccine started. Yes maybe we have more vaccines now than 20 years ago. Well maybe we discovered more viruses since 20 years ago. Or maybe those viruses evolved to a different strain that needs a different vaccine (Not sure about this one hahah).
Thanks for the education here. The graphs really drive the point home. Wasn't to long ago saw a program about parents refusing to get their children shots. A big complaint was that the children were either not allowed to attend public schools in some districts due to lack of shots. Other districts decided to waive the requirement and let the children attend without the shots. Creates quite a legal dilemma for either side when weighing the risk of allowing the children to attend or not. This post could be used in court to summarize quickly.
This is actually quite a controversial topic and I am not sure if I would want vaccines to be mandatory in order to attend public schools. For private schools I would say they can set up their own rules.
Thats like saying, I dont need clothes, my skin is my insolation.
Humans have improved their chances to survive by using things (weapons, clothes, medicine). That is the main reason, why humans live longer than animals.
Thank you for giving us an awesome reference to shove into anti vaxxers faces, though I think it might benefit just those 2% among them that can actually breath and think at the same time :))
Just an FYI that I will be a few days late in my reply to the other post. I had other posts to finish and I've had a big week. I haven't even looked at the reply yet. If you look at my page you will one reason why, there are more. I didn't want to mess up the other thread so I'm just popping the message here instead.

Great article! Thank you for standing up for herd immunity, and giving all these not very well researched statements a good answer.
Thank you for your kind words Paul ;)

Incredible article! Much obliged to you for supporting crowd resistance, and giving all these not inquired about proclamations a clever response.
Glad you like it :)
immune system is our defensive system

yes...you are right in your way but our clothes weapon can't protect us from virus . Our immunity system fight against viruses which cause diseases
is it a help tips.??

Don't forget about vaccine court in the comments above. Better to have the knowledge than not.
