COFFEE ENIMAS
So I really want to stress the fact that coffee enimas are actually very healthy. Yes, everyone has their opinions, which they should and I hope they voice it!!:) but also everything has controversial sides.
...so with that in mind I would like to state some points from MY experience as how I felt and the outcomes that I found with doing this.
•it's weird at first but after a couple of times it gets better and you become more comfortable.
•I also realized that the more I did the coffee enima the better I handled stress and hard situations.
•I became happier and very possitive.
•Instead of pooping 7 TIMES a day😲, I poop now 3. After every meal.
•My stomach doesnt bloat out after I EAT or DRINK making me look like I'm 3 MONTHS PREGNANT 😂 🤰
Overall I feel LIGHTER and CLEANER in the lower half of my body. My intestans feel purged of the food that was sitting there and my body feels like it works faster in digesting!!! I have never taken anything that works and does wonders this FAST! It's amazing how it helps me. I'm writing about this because it has such a wonderful impack on me I just would love to help others!
