My eating habits.

I never knew I was this bad until I made my research on "Eating Disorders" today. To be sincere, I am also suffering from Binge Eating Disorder, I find it difficult to control the amount of food for me to eat on daily basis, I can't even account for any day that I ate only the three square meal. Well, am actually not obese and I don't think I can get obese but the truth is, I can afford to eat as much as possible on daily basis in as much as I can always secure the appetite for it and I also do find it difficult to say to myself that am filled! This could seems like a very cool problem but I tell you, it really sucks! If not time, it sucks much money, I need to change!
