In the past 6 months I have cut down on my Soda and Sugar consumption dramatically. I was never really a HUGE soda drinker, usually just one or two if I go out to eat. We almost never keep it in the house. We all know how much sugar can be in soda BUT this article not only focuses on sugar it also focuses on the crazy chemicals that we pump into our body when we drink either diet or regular soda. Unfortunately soda in any form only has detrimental effects on your body. There are zero positives that come from consuming the soft drink.
