QUEEN OF SPICES SAVES HUMANITY FROM DESEASES: WHAT IS IT?

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Spices give taste to our food, but some of them are not just tasty but useful as well. Do you know which are the best for your health?

Let's examine one of them.

In India turmeric is used for more than 2500 years and is called "Queen of all Spices".

Although at first it was used as a dye, but during the time its true healing properties were revealed. It has long been known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and detoxifying properties. Recent studies have shown that this miracle of nature can treat diseases such as Alzheimer's and cancer.

Experiments in rats have shown that stem cells involved in the regeneration of damaged nerve tissues, after injection of the extract of turmeric, show great activity.

Turmeric contains two biologically active components.

In a study on stem cells, scientists used the essential oil beta-turmeron.

Another active component - curcumin, as shown by previous experiments, reduces inflammation and has anti-carcinogenic properties.

Below there are 7 directions in which turmeric can improve your health and well-being.

I am sure that after reading this article, you will begin to add this wonderful spice daily to your food. I have already begun to do it! Turmeric absolutely amased me!

1. Natural resistance to inflammation

Chronic inflammation is believed to be the cause of many modern diseases. It was found that the active component of turmeric - curcumin, is a powerful anti-inflammatory drug, the effectiveness of which corresponds to the effectiveness of many available anti-inflammatory drugs or even exceeds them.

2. Protects your brain

Cognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease are often associated with reduced levels of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), which is a kind of growth hormone (growth hormone). The researchers found that curcumin positively affects the levels of BDNF and can delay the development or even reverse the course of many brain diseases or the age-related decline in our brain functions.

3. Reduces the risk of several types of cancer

Turmeric can be one of the most powerful natural anti-cancer substances.

4. Improves digestion

Drinking turmeric daily stimulates the gallbladder, reduces flatulence, prevents inflammation of the digestive tract. However, with gallbladder diseases, turmeric should not be used daily in order to avoid over-stimulation, which can lead to deterioration.

5. Protection of cardiac activity

It was found that curcumin reduced LDL (or bad cholesterol), prevents blood clotting and helps to remove plaques on the walls of the arteries.

6. Softens the symptoms of arthritis

Although more research is needed in this area, many people report various aspects of improving their health. Turmeric helps them fight chronic inflammation and reduces the feeling of pain. Some people claim that curcumin works even better than many of the prescription medications available today. And with no side effects.

7. Delays the aging process and promotes longevity

Free radicals and inflammation are believed to play a major role in aging, and curcumin affects both factors. Given that curcumin protects our heart and fights against cancer, which are two of the leading causes of death in the modern world, it is clear that curcumin promotes longevity.

These advantages are just the tip of the iceberg of what turmeric can do for a person.

To improveyour health and well-being, add one teaspoon of turmeric daily to sauces, juices or soups.

It gives nice taste, smells good and there are so many benefits as we can see!

Will you buy it ?)

Is it popular in your country?

In Russia it's not popular, this info was real news for me, but now turmeric will live in my house forever!
