Wheatgrass!

I think anyone knows what it is.

Sprouted wheat, this very first grass 10-15 cm, has really huge potential and power to improve our health, to clean it and to keep it young and nice for long years.

Wheatgrass juice is sold in many places now.
1 month course costs about 50$.
Not much if we speak about our priceless health, but another thing is of what quality it is, who has made it and how. There are many details that can spoil the product, i.e the quality of wheat itself.
Many producers take cheap, dirty, damaged seeds.

I prefer DIY if I can do something at home. It is safer at least.

But to make wheatgrass an auger juicer is needed. I do not have it... And They cost not little btw.

An ordinary juicer will not be good for this purpose. We need something different...

So I decided to use what I have - a blender!;)

I doubted, but it worked fine if we use one small lifehack!

So we take our "green gold"

Then we blend it adding some water in our blender.Water is ok here because as a rule wheatgrass is drunk adding some water or juice. The taste is very special;)

Then we can use this liquid in our smoothies or take the grass out using this kitchen tool

Btw this grass is very useful too! It can be added to salads or used as treatment for skin injures, or even used like an amazing ingridient of beauty masks;)

There is no useless things in nature!

Everything can be used, people just do not study it, it is a great science.

So we get it! Cheap and fast!

I added it to my kiwi banana smoothie - super breakfast!

а-а, ясно. да полезная здоровая штука, можно и просто пророщенные ростки пшеницы, не обязательно сок давить. (хорошо, что не пырей!)

Их жевать трудно и не вкусно, травка жеж, просто пророщенную 1-2 мм пшеницу гораздо легче, и она вкусная

Looks very interesting. I haven't see any place were they sell it in that form. Around here I've only have seen the wheat germ. Should it work the same?
