I would agree that either sleeping too much or having very little sleep is not good for the health. You have to strike a perfect balance between everything if you want to stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle. But these day I am sure the readers would agree that our activities are far from what we call the healthy ones. Moreover, its the need of the hour that we shift towards healthier lifestyle and give up on the bad lifestyle habits.
