Bathing can sometimes be quite a hard task mostly for those who gets stuck with skin-cringing or maybe those who gets the badluck of being the last one to shower.

That is indeed horrific especially when most of us tries to pamper ourselves with hot luxurious shower and also getting angry with not enough hot water as we desire during winters.

But most of it all as much as we hates cold water its proves double favourable and beneficial than hot water. Below are some important health benefits of cold water so next time you jump into hot water think twice.

This is actually one of the most important benefit of cold water. As much as cold water dripping down our body looks disastrous and uneasy in mornings but it keeps your body temperature normal keeping it warm and stimulating heart rate. This all will helps the proper circulation of blood throughout your body.

As much as hot water is soothing but it can dry your skin and scalp so it better to use cold water that tightens the cuticles of hairs and helps in clogging pores of skin

Your body release toxins by sweating and cold water helps in removing all these. This is the best method to maintain your body from all the chemical toxins and bacteria.

The benefits of cold therapy are amazing, but it's just so uncomfortable for me, even 10 seconds is tough. I don't mind being in the cold, but when cold water touches bare skin, that's a different issue. Do you have any tips on overcoming this incredible discomfort??
