LOWER BELLY FAT BURNING ABS EXERCISE: LEG RAISES.

This is one the basic exercises to burn that lower belly fat.

  1. Lie down,raise your legs up while breathing out and squeeze as much as possible and breath in when you bring your legs down. Don't let your feet touch the ground. Look at your abdomen while doing this to feel the maximum squeeze on the abdomen (but avoid if your neck hurts)
  2. Keep your hands below your lower back if it hurts or take support like how I have done.
  3. Do minimum 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps with less than 20s gave between the sets. Along with this add at least three more exercises for the day.
  4. You must be on a proper diet in order to see results.
