Julia Louis-Dreyfus Shares a Cancer Update

Television icon Julia Louis-Dreyfus revealed in September that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, she's shared updates on her treatment, and her celebrity friends and colleagues have sent an outpouring of support her way - and that hasn't changed over the past few months. During the Christmas season, Louis-Dreyfus continued her treatment and kept her fans updated with her signature humor.

Louis-Dreyfus posted a photo of a blood transfusion she received as part of her treatment on December 22. "Getting ready for the holidays with my awesome Xmas cocktail," she wrote on Instagram. She added hashtags calling her treatment a "jolly transfusion," and saying "I've been good," which could double as an update about how she's feeling and a notice to Santa that she definitely deserves presents this year.
