Those who take yogurt after two in a week are less prone to cardiovascular diseases. A new research claims that high blood pressure or hypertension is a major cause of cardiovascular diseases. Research has also proved in the past that the heart health of those who consumed milk products remains correct.

Research published in the American Journal of Hypertension states that curd can have direct correlation with the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Justin Buendia, associated with the Boston University School of Medicine, US, says that we estimate that consumption of curd for a long time can be effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Great results from adding curd to heart patients' diet

One important clue in the findings of the research is that yogurt alone is also good for heart health. The risk of heart disease related to fiber or fiber-filled fruits, vegetables and grains, is reduced to a great extent.

During the research, 55,000 women aged 30 to 55 years of age and 40 to 75 years of age were studied for high blood pressure. Experts claimed that high intake of curd consumed 30% of the risk of heart attack.

After the patients with closed blood arteries were replaced with surgery, after adding yogurt to their diet, there were great results. Their muscles of the heart became strong and blood flow improved.
