#Breast Cancer: Find out the symptoms of breast cancer
Breast cancer is one of the most prominent cases of cancer in women in India. Due to early detection, breast cancer is not treated timely. According to a report, approximately 76,000 Indian women can die from breast cancer every year till 2020.
One in every 29 women in India is at risk of breast cancer. However, if breast cancer is detected on time, it is possible to treat it. In the early stages, the diagnosis of this disease becomes cheaper, easier and smaller, and the most important thing is that this disease can be completely cured.
Women who are over 20 years of age should examine their breasts themselves every month. Women who are above the age of 40 must take mammography once a year. Any type of breast disease can be identified in women with mammography.
Doctor Jayanti, the in-charge of the Breast Oncology Department of Bangalore's BGS Global Hospital, says that tests of breasts themselves are mainly done in three minutes. It should be done on the last day of the Period. Women who have problems with menopause or irregular periods should do this at any given date of the month. Standing in front of the mirror, see the shape and size of both breasts properly. It does not have swelling or pits, contracts or redness in the skin. Also see the nipple discharge in color. Note the changes in breasts while taking shower. Raise your hands in the second step and see the changes in the skin
