Hello Steemit Friends,

If you want to get a better exercise motivation, then you should start with making some changes. This entirely needs lifestyle changes from what seems to be good, but in a real sense, it's not good for your health. for one to achieve this change also is greatly affected by the attitude since it triggers actions to identify and cope up with the patterns of that specific lifestyle.

That motivation to do an exercise should be triggered by the benefits that one gets. If one can create an image of how this can affect their life and equally get convinced that you can achieve the results that you desired you can now be able to get the outcomes.

Consequently one can be able to get motivation from friends as long as your exercise buddy is around you can get that motivation even to do more and more then you should also try and motivate them not to leave you alone since its hard sometimes to work alone in such situations

You should also try and pick a colleague who has the same determination as you do, make sure you set a daily routine that will guide you and treat it with a lot of strictness here you can choose a friend or even a family member as long as you have a good relationship.

Make sure you a have a good timeline and an objective chart, here it is advisable that you settle on goals that are realistic and easy to achieve for the set deadlines, once you start realizing some of this goals, motivation comes hence one can continue to do more.

Also, try to do any physical activity that you feel like doing, even if it means running as long as it needs some energy this greatly brings motivation, ride a bike if you wish and you won't regret it since this keeps you more active

On a daily basis make sure you change your workouts so that there is no situation whereby you do the same workouts they should vary from time, volume or even intensity this ensures that there is no boredom

Another tip is having some time to read self-help books you can decide to read success story of successful people who have done these workouts before, get online make friends who do exercises chat with them about there experiences you will realize that this keeps on motivating you

Remember that energy is very important to motivation as they are directly related, so it is advisable that you choose to eat right to get the extra energy to burn, hence working out longer, eat dishes made from things like potatoes or pasta since they take longer to metabolize in your body.

Lastly, make sure that you celebrate your successes with your buddy identify the goals that you achieved call your buddy get that thing that you promised each other but again if you fail to reach your target don't give in just make sure you get to achieve them and then reward yourself, and it will be amazing

I like adding bears into my diet...gummy bears in particular. Or for those who want to go vegetarian, eat a nice fat burger! Burgers are made of beef, and beef comes from cows, and cows eat grass. Therefore, by eating beef you're essentially just eating grass, which in turn makes you a vegetarian!

True indeed. One can not over emphasize the importance of exercise. It's definitely not easy to start but the benefits outweigh whatever hardship it may look like. Just like you said staying motivated is what keeps you going...thus the need for being among a group. I love your pic at the end...
