Learn How To Have A Fabulous Smile Without A Dentist

Our teeth are not designed to decay. They were designed to remain strong and cavity free for our entire lives. Why would nature plan for the pain of disintegrating teeth because without healthy teeth and gums, we can't digest food properly and eventually we won't thrive? Our modern diets are largely to blame but there is something we can do to solve the problem.

Drilling and filling and removing is what dentists do and is also a profitable business model. The dental industry has evolved from the belief that tooth decay is caused by bacteria and that those bacteria eat food in the mouth and produce acid which causes our teeth to decay. So dentists then try to control bacteria in the mouth to prevent cavities. Their advice is:

  1. You must brush your teeth all the time to eliminate these ‘disease causing’ bacteria.
  2. You must rinse your mouth with chemicals to eliminate more ‘dangerous’ bacteria
  3. You must floss to eliminate the remaining bacteria and food particles
  4. When those three tactics to not work, you must pay a dentist to remove the decay with drilling.
  5. When a drill cannot remove the bacteria the tooth root can become infected and an expensive root canal is needed.
  6. Finally, when all these procedures fail, the tooth must be removed.

Modern treatment does limit pain and suffering - and if you are in agony it certainly has it's place, but if the basic cause of tooth decay (our diets) is not addressed, our teeth WILL continue to decay.

To heal tooth decay we need to remove all sugar from our diet as well as all white flour products and we need to introduce the following good habits (note this is a healing protocol, not a prevention so once your teeth are healed you needn't be quite as strict although these good habits should still be part of your diet):

  1. Drink raw grass fed whole fat milk and eat real grass fed butter and cheese
  2. Have bone marrow as often as you can
  3. Have beef and fish stews using broth from boiled bones
  4. Eat sea foods
  5. Eat liver and kidneys
  6. Eat lots of green vegetables and some cooked fruit
  7. Eat organic red meat
  8. Drink tomato juice or orange juice daily (as it's high in vitamin C)

Fat soluble vitamin D is essential to balance the ratio of calcium and phosphorous in our blood to stop tooth decay. Excellent sources are small fish such as sardines or mackerel, also butter and supplements.

As well as all this the real game changer is fermented cod liver oil or cod liver and butter oil. Unfortunately only Green Pasture TM currently produces X Factor Gold high vitamin butter oil and fermented cod liver oil but they are excellent and very effective. Other supplements such as Colostrum and Vitamin D are very helpful too.

Homeopathic cell salts assist in rebuilding and strengthening teeth and there are other more individual remedies which can help depending on your own symptoms.

It can be done people - but it takes patience and willpower! I've seen huge improvements in both adults and children's teeth when both are present and this protocol is followed.
