I am 36 and let me self get out of shape after the 2nd kid showed up. I really plan on working on this soon. I know this extra weight will wear more on me when I get older. Good stuff

    @stever82 gaining weight is easy but losing so difficult. We are in same life cycle ..need to put control now on...
