Nice simple tips on clearing stress, little surprised the meditation was omitted though, especially with so many scientifically proven benefits in its favour. Likewise essential oils have great value for stress reduction, and are incredibly easy to use either topically via massage or via an aroma diffuser.
Good to see you sharing the first steps people can act on really easily for sure, keep up the good work!

Thanks a lot. Speaking about meditation, surley it is a main fighter against stress and a most valuable, but also a large topic and should be speeken in another blog all alone. Thanks for positive comments!

My pleasure @vukasin! Indeed meditation is a huge topic as you say, though it is one that can be entered into lightly with ease and then expanded as a person becomes more comfortable with it.
