What are some of the most accessible natural foods that are richest in magnesium?
The best food is raw cacao.
I used to put it in my morning smoothie.
Its very hard (if not impossible) to get a daily theraputic dose of magnesium without supplementing it.
With the wrong supplement you usually get the laxetive effect.
Thats why most people is deficient in it.
