Powerful sports make you nine years younger!!!

A study found that people who exercise vigorously are at a biological level of nine years younger than those who exercise an idle pattern in their lives.

The study was conducted by a professor at Brigham Young University in America, Larry Tucker, and included 6,000 people, and published in the Journal of Preventive Medicine.

The researcher examined part of the chromosome called telomeres, a proteinuria cap that is at the end of the chromosome, which refers to general health and age, and becomes shorter with age.

The greatest difference was found in people who exercised at least thirty to forty minutes of running a day for five days a week.

Although intermediate sports are also beneficial, their utility for reducing telomere's age markers was clearly less.
