Why do you want to eat at night?

Hormones may be behind this, a new study suggests.

According to the New York Times, people who are fed a great sense of eating in the late hours of the night should not blame their "weak will," adding "the problem is even greater."

She explained that the suffering of these people lies in the complex hormones that lead people to feel hungry at a certain time of the day.

The study, conducted on 32 obese men and women, suggests that satiety hormones are low in some people during the evening hours, while hunger hormones rise.

And "Grillin", is a hormone found in the bowel area, and stimulates the body to feel hungry, unlike the hormone "Leptin", which feels full man.

The researchers, who conducted the study, said people with an abnormal increase in weight could be vulnerable to these fluctuations in hormones during different periods of the day.

"There are a lot of assumptions about the feeling of wanting to eat at night, but this study shows that hormonal fluctuations stimulate this," said Susan Carnell, associate professor of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
