I am also on a water diet. I don't drink sodas and other sweet drinks for a year already. Just this month, I started to eat rarely at night. I make sure to have my dinner before 6pm. First days were hard of course, but when eventually, I got used to it.
I've already lost 3 kilos in a span of one month. Mind you, my only exercise is a small hike in the afternoon.
Wow. Thats not nothing.
