Sleep

The body amd mind of myself seems to be happy with not getting mor then 5 to 6 hours of sleep. So i do not know where these researchers get there information at about you must get 8 or more hours pf sleep or you will be unhealthy and die early. I say if you do not force yourself awake you should be fine because it your body and mind that want to wake up. But forcing yourself to do something more then likely will lead to problems.images.jpeg
