- This is a frequent Urination at night. It is also known as Nocturnal Polyuria. In some individual, as you slumber, urine production slows down while in others, the urge to urinate never ends which might deprive them of getting normal uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours.
Symptoms
- When you have that immediate urge to pee whenever awake at night on a regular basic might mean Nocturia.
How to fix the problem
- Avoid fluids (tea or coffee) before going to bed. These act as Diuretics. Kidney woes, diabetes, pregnancy, urinary track infection or enlarged prostate gland are other underlying health problems which can mimic Nocturia. The treatment vary and depend based on what causes your symptoms
3.Sleep Apnea
- This is a common disorders which one have more pauses in breathing or have shallow breathing while sleeping. You may awaken every time this happens.
Sympyoms
- Those who suffers from this may experience sore throat, dry mouth, migraines and chest pain. Others may have nightmared after it.
How to fix the problem
- Weight loss or quitting smoking etc may be some of the certain lifestyle changes that the doctor might suggest to you if diagnosed. You may also be given Continuous Positive Airways Pressure (CPAP)device at night to assist you in breathing.

Thanks I totally agree with you.. Anxiety is one popular reason why most people deprive themselves if sleep or wake up at interval.
Anxiety is a bad. I think i now know how to manage it better.
