Who loves tea? How many times do you drink tea in a day? Soothing a cup of tea is a great and relaxing way to start your day isn't it tea lovers? There are so many types of teas that comes in different fragrance as well in taste, but they have all in common, they are health booster and a relieve to common ailments too.

There are two kinds Of Teas. A Regular Tea and Herbal tea. Let's differentiate the two of them;
Regular Teas or True Teas are teas customarily consumed by tea-lovers and that are Black tea, Green tea, White tea and Oolong tea. These flavourful teas comes from the tea bush known as Camellia Sinenses.
Herbal teas or Tisanes are generally consumed for the medicinal and curative properties like (sedative, stimulant or calming properties). Herbal teas are not made from tea bushes.
Teas can prepare at home by infusion or decoction. Infusion method is the easiest way to prepare your tea by boiling some water, drop the herbs into the water and allow it to steep for minutes, then the tea can be consumed at the same time.
While, the decoction is commonly used when making tea from bark, roors, seeds, twigs and berries. To use this method, place 1-3 tbspn of cut herbs, seeds, twigs, etc. Into a pot of 16-30 of ounces of room temperature water and allow it to sir for 5-10 minutes. Set in to the stove and bring it to a boil, Then allow it to steep for 30 min. more then drink.
Please remember that if you if you are choosing in prepared form, look for organic or natural teas that don't contains additives or preservatives. When choosing herbal teas will depend on your health needs and taste. When researching teas, please take note, the any side effects related to the brew. "remember that, just because its natural, doesn't mean it is safe". Certain herbs may interact with other prescribed medicines or mot safe with cettain health conditions.
True tea and Herbal tea have many health benefits associated with them. Weather your choosing of strong cup of black tea for energy, or a cosy cup of mint tea to settle your stomach, tea is an excellent health drink to replace chemical-laden soda and artificial fruit juices.
