Syndrome is a delusional syndrome that manifests itself in a grandemélancolie or even depression. The patient often thinks he is immortal, tends to guilt easily and to deny his own body (he thinks, for example, that his heart is dead). Syndrome is a medical emergency, because nutritional disorders and suicidal thoughts or behaviours put the life of the subject in danger. La and are often associated with psychological monitoring.
I would like better context here as what you described does not speak zombie to me it speaks of depression and delusions but not hunger for flesh or raw meat or aggressive behavior. To me it speaks more of terminal apathy syndrome or delusional psychosis.
