THIS IS WHY WE STRUGGLE IN FAT LOSE?

Hello to all!  

I am writing this post to all those who struggle to lose some weight because I know, it has always been the hot trend among people. There are so many videos available on YouTube about this already which talk about all kinds of stuff.


I, being Health conscious, used to search a lot on the Internet about this and I am going to share what I have learned from all my research. Keep reading, it may help you in order to flatten your belly. 


First of all, let’s talk about what causes this problem.  A lot of information is available on the internet but most of it makes us overwhelmed and we can’t do everything that has been suggested by the people, everyone has something to say about it and that makes it very difficult to follow because we get confused on who or what to follow at the end of the day?

 Same thing happened to me when I started this research, but in the end I am amazed that how easy it is. 

You would probably have come across the advice -- don't eat fat, don't eat too much, do regular exercise, cardio, running, jogging blah.. blah.. blah... but still after following all that, it is very difficult to fit into your old jeans.

So, let's see what could be the main causes if you are struggling with this issue.

1. Problem with Endocrine (related to HORMONES) System 

2. Eating unhealthy diet.

3. Stress issues.

4. Lack of Exercise.

5. Lack of sleep.

And maybe there are more but right now...hmmm, these are more than enough to take control on right??


So let's start with the first one and you probably wondering what the hell fat loss has to do with the endocrine system??



Hormones.... can be very detrimental to your body if they are not in balance. A simple example, I can give you is testosterone and Estrogen imbalance.

Testosterone is basically a male hormone and Estrogen is, you got it, a female hormone. But both are secret by both the sexes. So, what is the problem? The problem is if you have any of them more or less then it can cause some issues. It's like, if you have less testosterone then your Estrogen would be high and if you are a man then it is bad for you in so many ways, you will lose your muscles, and it would be very difficult for you to make them. And if you a gym guy chances are that you probably know this very well.  

Males have estrogen too but in small about and vice versa. 


So, now you have got the idea about it I guess... then now what?

How can we control this imbalance?   

Following are some major causes that we ignore.


Eating processed food

It contains some preservatives that are not good at all for our body. These big companies are there for business and anyhow they want to sell their products and what they use, we don't have any idea, they are billion dollar companies they have all sources to make us understand that they have the best product and we believe it blindfolded because our family friend using the same and they are happy. And we don't know what is going on behind the curtains.

So, try to consume organic as much as possible. Shop for your veggies and make them at home. Don’t waste your life to save some time on food.   


Use of plastic bottles, containers...

This is also very common cause that decreases Testosterone and doesn't let you reduce that belly and stops you make more muscles.

Eating high fibre food help to eliminate the extra Estrogen from the body. So, if you think that maybe this is the problem with you then start eating high fibre food and see the difference yourself.


Try to use glass containers for storing water and food. And one more, don't touch the receipt that you get from your ATMs and grocery shop. They use some chemical that remains in your hands and when you eat something then it goes straight in your body and ta da!! By the way, you can do your own research on it.


Just eating and aware of what you eat has some difference in itself.

Eating healthy means, you should know what you are eating that is how you can tell you are eating healthy, otherwise, what they sell on TV ads are all that comes in "healthy" but we know that is not right. For example, cola is the most common drink in the world that has nothing healthy in it only sugary water and now we know that eating or in this case drinking sugar not going to help us in any way! But still, these companies make billions of dollars because of us.

I know this post is getting big but I just wanted to share this with you guys and you can do your research too and you should. 


So let's talk about the food. Food affects everything in our body, whatever we eat becomes our part so, we should be careful to choose what we eat and make that our part. We should be mindful while eating so that our mind knows that it's eating time because our stomach sends the signal to our brain to release the necessary enzymes to digest the food if you would be busy in watching tv and doing something while eating will not help in good digestion and undigested food create a lot of problems.


Stress Issues.

                                         


This is also one of the causes that you struggle with fat loss. If you have some stress issues then it makes it very difficult to lose weight. In stress we tend to eat a lot, we forget when to stop which ultimately, create problems regarding weight loss.

In stress, the body secretes cortisol and adrenalin, and to calm ourselves we like to eat more sugary food, which leads to excess weight. 

You can easily solve this problem by exercise and meditation, I am not saying you should do hard-core training and all day meditation.

Only doing 20 push ups and 20 squats every day will be enough. And 10 minutes of meditation will make a huge difference just give it a try. And Don’t forget to thank me ...lol

Lack of Exercise...


As I mentioned above some kind of exercise will help you to reduce this problem. Exercise gives you happy feeling that improves your mood, reduce stress. Best time for this would be morning because it provides you energy for your whole day.  If you feel energetic then it would be easy for you to complete all your tasks easily.   

Lack of Sleep.


                             


lack of sleep and sleep deprivation can affect your eating habits.

Mostly if we are up late night, we tend to eat unhealthy snacks, which is not good for the body, and one more thing, I have seen so many people that eat a lot at night as compared to day time, which leads to gain some extra pound.

It is very important because this is the time body heal itself, whatever you do throughout your day but at night you need a quality sleep so that body could repair all the damage that occurred during the day, it can be mental and physical.  And if you take unhealthy or a big meal just before sleeping then you are not getting any quality sleep because now the body has something to digest which gonna take a lot of time rather healing the body, So taking light meal at night will help in enhancing the sleep quality and you will feel more energetic in the morning.

hey good post buddy. im actually in the process of trying to find some quick and easy weekday healthy meal options or recipes. if you have any suggestions id love to see a post on that topic. lately my girl and i have been doing bim bap bowls like every single day just cuz its easy and reasonably health. basically a rice bowl with some veggies an over easy egg and some grilled chicken on top with some chili sauce thrown over it. getting kind of bored with it though lol
