  We all know less about the benefits of drinking water. But do you know the exact rules of drinking water? Yes, there are rules for drinking water. This will benefit your body much. 

 Drink water with a sip :

 According to Ayurveda, drinking water with sip is the best way to drink water. In our mouth we produce large amounts of saliva. Saliva is an element of alkaline and hydrochloric acid in our stomach. Saliva of our mouth stabilizes acid. Drinking water by digging, drinking water only, does not reach our stomach. The whole environment is so acidified. So, drink a little bit with a little sip. 

 Drink water with full face:

 If you have a weight loss plan, it can be your favorite tips.
Sit down comfortably before drinking water. Take the water in the mouth and drink it and then drink it. By doing this the water will be digested well and you will be healthy. 

 The tongue is soaked :

 Have seen birds, dogs or cats drinking water? They do not drink eight glasses of water every day. They wet the tongue before drinking water. They are healthy only for the amount of water they drink. 

 Drink light hot water :

 If the water is normal or a little bit hot, it will give you a feeling of great satisfaction. If you drink ice-cold water, then push the stomach into your mouth. Drinking cold water with food creates poisonous feeling in the digestive process.
