I agree I think its a lack of motivation. I believe a lot of it stems from our culture on inpatients. Losing a lot of weight merely with a change in diet is gonna be a very slow process. You don't need all these fancy fad diets. Its simple math, if you want to slowly lose weight just cut your calories back. If you want quicker results, add exercise along with a cut in your daily calorie intake.
