Thanks, @guyfawkes4-20, great post. I gave up sugar over 15 years ago. Not completely, but I do not use processed sugar, I gave up all candy, chocolate, cakes, bread and pretty much anything with added sugar. This includes artificial sweeteners since they are, by far, worse than sugar.
It makes a huge difference in the quality of your life. I am lighter, healthier and generally have no food cravings. I also drink beer (that I brew) without any worry of gaining weight or a belly.
I suggest to anyone, give up sugar if you can your life will improve drastically.
I'm glad to hear that man; I know all those foods filled with sugar are cancer so on a psychological level it wouldn't be hard for me to quit it. So far, so good, I have some fruits around the house, so those help a lot.
I'm curious to see where this challenge will take me.
Btw, I had no idea you're GoHawks on SPL; your username always stole my attention because it seems so similar to mine, GuyFawkes. :D
