With today's article we will get to know a meditation technique. You should be able to meditate in the end. A high claim that I sat down there, but trust me, I know what I'm talking about. I use this technique since I am 14. In all concerts and rituals, it is this technique that I place my trust in, and in countless courses I've already brought this technique to many people and always with great success Since there are hundreds of different approaches and you have already tried it one time or another to enter the secret of meditation, I invite you to try again. It will be a very fast way, this I can betray in advance.

The three basics are correct sitting, breathing and thinking.



Sitting

Look for a straight back, the best is a cushion about 5 cm high. A foot is pushed under the buttocks so that the dam rests on the heel. Half of the weight is thus to be divided on the pillow the other half on the heel of a foot so that a comfortable straight posture of the back is made possible. The other foot can be angled as desired. The hands should be directed upwards with the palms of the hands, which makes energy transmission much easier.

To sit down, take a deep breath, and when exhaled find your center, by gently sway back and forth, left and right in the middle. Let your weight fall into the seat and be a rock. Then imagine that you are a marionette, just hanging on a hair at the apex and pull yourself up slightly. So you should be able to sit comfortably and without tension for a while. When a leg falls asleep change the posture.

Eyes

In order to see inner images it is helpful to switch off the external images. But remember that every human being is different and also in an other states of consciousness than you are. People experienced in meditation can partly see better inside with open or half-open eyes. As a beginner, close your eyes gently.

Breathing

Regular deep breathing into the lower abdomen and also a complete exhalation is of great importance. As a help serves a hand, which is placed on the belly at the height of the navel. Check the movements of the lower abdomen. Take the time and watch. Shoulders and chest should not move. A break should be made between inhaling and exhaling as well as between exhalation and inhalation.

In the literature on Buddhist meditation, a series of books can be found only about this moment. In short, it is a special state of dissolution, of nothingness, of immersion in eternal being. For the beginning, a 1-3 second break between the breaths should be enough, keep loose and force yourself to nothing.

Thinking

The simplest technique to curb the mind is to count the breaths. Inhalation "1", exhalation "and", 2 and 3 and 4 and. Then again from the beginning: 1 and 2 and ... After a while you will find out that after 4 comes 1 again without thinking, sometimes you will simply continue counting and be completely surprised if you are at 5 or 6, see this as a good sign , And be happy with it. This exercise will demand your full concentration and the thoughts will calm down.

The main problem in meditation is the cluttering spirit. Only through long practice a calm mind will set in. But to achieve success quicker, imagine the thoughts are like clouds in the sky, let them go, watch them, but do not try to steer, control, or question them. It is often said that one should not think, but that is not true. It is rather the case to think and to try to observe the emerging thoughts without holding on to them.

Application with music

Meditation with music is a special form of meditation and the emerging thoughts and images should be perceived consciously, but also without being steered. The music builds energy forms and transforms them into images, feelings, smells and moods. Also, any coercion should be avoided. Meditation always means a journey into unknown realms. So it is not necessary to know the whole way in advance.

Rely on the power of the music and it will lead you into new worlds, which you can not imagine anyway before. After more than 20 years of practice in this technique, I can assure you that new things are happening every time and that an end to the exploration is not in sight.
