Thank you for writing about Melody's experience. I do wonder why she was all alone, though. What about family, friends or at least a neighbor to help her get to the hospital. Anyways, it had a happy outcome.
Birth itself is a miracle and whether people believe it or not, there is a superpower who accompanies us and waits to see if we pray and when we surrender, there is total care. So, when Melody decided to trust the doctor and his team, she was saved.
She did have her husband at the time with her to take her to the hospital, but she spoke very little of him and what she did speak of him was that he was not very supportive through the journey. She mentioned that her father was there during the birth, but she didn't mention anyone else really. I think others were there, but I completely forgot to ask her directly.
