I have tried meditation on numerous times - when I do it on my own, it is tougher so I tried with audio guide from spotify and it worked much better especially when I am having panic attacks or sudden sense of depression...

I believe that it helps and the trick is to stop the mind from "wondering" and listening to the monkey thoughts! LOL...
