Tips for health - part 1

Healthy life is the need of the hour these days. It is the right time to say that health is weather because people are all loosing it. Just turn around your eyes and you can see hundreds of people who are dealing with many minor and major health problems. Here are a few tips that if you embrace would ensure that you rarely see a doctor.

1- early to bed early to rise is the key. Getting up early ensures that our body adjusts to the body clock. As soon as you get up, brush your teeth. After you are done with cleaning your mouth, sit and drink a big glass of luke warm water.

2- exercise- early morning exercises, specially yoga will kick start your digestive system prompting the nutrients to move easily in your body.

3- try a cold water shower- studies have proved that cold water shower keeps you energized throughout the day. Cold water is also good for your hair and skin, because hot water tends to steal all the moisture out of it. Cold water bath would also keep you immune from variety of allergies and infections.

4- breakfast- never skip your breakfast. Glucose acts like a fuel to get your body started and after a long nights sleep, one of the most important thing that your body needs is glucose. Depriving it of the same would mean damaging the complete system. Having a very heavy fried or oily breakfast is also not suggested. Have a steamed breakfast and your body would love it.

5- eat according to season - nature knows best what is good for our body. The bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables that changes with every season is the best that our body needs. We should always eat fresh and local produce instead of depending or canned exported produce. Seasonal foods helps our body stay immune.

6- don't postpone nature's call- never postpone a nature's call. You should always honour your body's decision to drain out it's waste. No matter where you are and what you are doing, you should always excuse yourself and find a place where you can peacefully relieve yourself.
