TIPS FOR GOOD PERFORMANCE AT WORK PLACE
Every employer want is employee to be at his best all the time. Many factors could derail and employee not to give his/her best, some are caused by nature and some are self decision.
I went for an interview one day and i asked how can cope with a nagging boss or a boss who always complain and my answer was be at your best in discharging your duty because at the end its the result of your work that counts.
To be able to performance well, the following qualities are required :
Friendliness
Honesty
Integrity
Cordiality
Knowledge of your duty
Willingness to serve
Punctuality
Ready to accept correction
Pro activeness
In addition to the forementioned we have to keep a healthy lifestyle and the following are healthy tips needed to be observed.
Have a good knowledge about your health status before accepting some jobs based on the nature and the environment.
Always go for check up at regular intervals.
Know your capacity and limit. Dont overstress yourself or dony continue a function when your body is unable to continue.
Ensure you eat breakfast as this would boost your energy level , ensure mental activeness and make you ready for the day.
Drink a lot of water and eat good fruits.
Do exercise at least 30mins a day.
Get enough rest and sleep when you are less busy. Reduce the use of gadget before sleeping.
Prayers.
Healthy lifestyle is easy to maintain if we adhere to the rules guiding it and if we determine to do it. Tho its a gradual process but being consistent is key.
